Set practical goals. You can lose 25 lbs in a weeks time if you work out 10 hours a day and eat nothing but celery – but not if you’re a human. Slow and constant wins the race. Don’t nibble off more than you can chew on – literally. Create little goals on your way to the bigger goal(s). In the end, you’ll have realized more (and more frequently, might I add).

My Nephew suffers with Gluten Intolerence and also is Lactose Intolerent. Poor kid cannot eat most of the things other little children love to eat and it is often hard trying to find him treats for christmas and birthdays.
